Call to Action
Your CBD Access In Ohio
Recently, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy issued guidance regarding the sale of CBD in Ohio. No distinction has been made between industrial hemp-derived CBD and CBD derived from marijuana. As a result of this guidance, no CBD can be sold in retail stores in Ohio. The only way to obtain CBD will be to get a marijuana medical card and go to a dispensary (which, by the way, there are none at present).
As a result of the Ohio Board of Pharmacy’s guidance, the Geauga County Prosecuting Attorney, James R. Flaiz, provided the Chardon store with a letter ordering us to remove our INDUSTRIAL HEMP-DERIVED CBD products within 30 days or be subject to criminal prosecution for marijuana trafficking . (See below)
All CBD products have now been removed from the Chardon store. The store will continue to offer the best choices in vaping devices and e-liquids. We encourage our valued CBD customers to continue to order your favorite HoneyBee and Extract Wellness Products from our e-commerce site, https://premiumhempco.com.
There a few things everyone can do to help keep CBD accessible for all Ohioans:
Sign the petition to KEEP CBD LEGAL IN OHIO.
Use your VOICE and VOTE on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
Contact your legislators and let them know the current law is unacceptable. Industrial-based CBD should be treated separately from medical marijuana and accessible for all Ohioans.
WE WILL FIGHT! Currently, we are pursuing a class-action lawsuit against the State of Ohio. A GoFundMe has been established to assist us with legal expenses. We are asking for a donation so we can fight for all of our CBD customers’ access to CBD. More detailed information about this fight is available on our GoFundMe page.
